About Colleen

I am a Registered Nurse, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago.  I have been a nurse for six years, and a childbirth educator for over three years, I have attended over 450 births.  I have worked in labor and delivery units in the hospital, as well as with home birth.  I am a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, currently on staff at Elmhurst Hospital.  It is an absolute pleasure for me to experience the joy of working with mothers and families.  I have truly found my calling, and I look forward to helping parents on their individual birth journeys.
